Our firm is led by a group of objective partners
consisting of David Keel, Brent Morton and Ken Sheblak.
This team has an abundance of experience in the public
and private sector land development engineering field.

the demanding standards of our clients and local rules &

Principals
David Keel, P.E.
B.S. in Civil Engineering - University of Houston
Mr. Keel is a registered Professional Engineer in
the State of Texas and has vast experience serving
public and private developers as engineer and project
manager. He has been involved in the design and
construction of water, wastewater, drainage and paving
systems of numerous subdivisions and commercial sites
located in Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery and Brazoria
Counties. In addition, he has also prepared and
submitted several bond applications to the TCEQ.
Brent Morton, P.E.
B.S. in Civil Engineering - Texas A & M University
Mr. Morton is a registered Professional Engineer in
the State of Texas and has extensive experience in
platting, design and construction administration for
numerous private and public civil engineering projects.
He has been involved in projects including design of
facilities for Municipal Utility Districts as well as
commercial site development.
Ken Sheblak, P.E.
B.S. in Civil Engineering - Texas A & M University
M.S. in Civil Engineering - University of Illinois
Mr. Sheblak is a registered Professional Engineer in
the State of Texas specializing in hydrology and
hydraulics. His experience has included identifying
drainage solutions for various development projects in
and around Harris County, and assisting governmental
agencies in preparing watershed-wide stormwater
management plans and identifying flood-reduction
projects. |
